The ONS Foundation for Clinical Research and Education will hold its 5th Annual Golf Outing on Monday, June 10, 2013 at The Stanwich Club at 888 North Street. The event co-chairs are Michael Clain, MD, Rich Granoff and Vicki Leeds Tananbaum.   Registration and warm-up will begin at 11 a.m.  At 11:30 a.m., a lunch buffet will be served on the clubhouse terrace followed by the tournament shotgun start at 12:45 p.m.  At 6:00 p.m. golfers and other guests will attend a cocktail reception, dinner buffet and silent and live auctions. This year’s Auction co-chairs are Rebecca Karson, Lauren Mazzullo and Amy Sethi.

Individual golfers will pay $1,200 which includes lunch, golf, caddies, cocktails and buffet dinner. Non-playing guests will pay $200 per person for cocktails and dinner. Sponsorship levels for the golf outing range from $5,000 to $25,000.

The Golf Outing is the primary fundraising vehicle for ONS Foundation.
